We take up mindfulness workshop sessions for students and conduct the same at their premises.
Some of the Mindfulness Engagements are :-
1. Personalized Meditation Instruction
Sessions are individualized for your specific needs such as: stress reduction, connection with life purpose or clarity in life
2. Group Meditation Sessions
In a group setting, learn about basic or advanced meditation instruction. Can be combined with classes on compassion building or talks that provide new perspectives or techniques on stress management.
3. On Site Mindfulness and Experiential Training
Presentations and workshops are available to enrich the skills and lives of staff by teaching them how to incorporate mindfulness meditation and the arts into their work with others.

Students today and specially the youths are different than what they used to be 10 years back. Mindfulness broadly has 2 major elements – Focus and Awareness. So, when a student starts to be focussed and aware about his life, he would be able to take the right decisions which suits his core being and would not get swayed by the herd mentality as what has been happening in the past.
