Post adopting a mindfulness approach in life, as suggested by Sandeep Pandit, whenever I find myself distracted by anyone or anything during work or life, I find that I consciously remind myself to focus on the task at hand. This has helped me improve my quality of work and life. This gives me satisfaction, and I feel confident about getting planned things done.
I also find myself empathizing with people when faced with their unruly behavior. This helps me to keep a calm mind and ensures the storm has passed without any escalations.
