Before Mindfulness 8 weeks course by Sandeep Pandit, I used to work and be in a distracted state most of the time. Now I spend more time being on the task I have or even in a non-doing state. I am no more guilty of not being action addicted. however, I am achieving much more than before. It’s a paradox that Sandeep helped me achieve. Also, inner stillness and calmness have engulfed my daily life My job is competitive and therefore used to be stressful; now, the same job gives me happiness due to the calmness I have installed internally with practicing Mindfulness.
