After doing my Mindfulness Course with Sandeep Pandit, the Founder of Soul in Harmony, I realized that Mindfulness is a way of living. I started living a Mindful Life. My Emotional Quotient has enhanced multifold. When there is a conflict, I am aware of my rising emotions, and I don’t say or do anything I regret later. So, I positively contribute by slowing down and not adding fuel. Mindfulness has allowed me to count on my blessings and be grateful moment by moment. I model positive behavior for my daughter as well on how to regulate emotions when things don’t happen the way we want. Mindful parenting is working!
