After attending the 8 weeks Mindfulness course from Sandeep Pandit, I realized there were so many aspects to mindfulness than just being in the present moment. It was best conveyed how to practice and then made it a habit or a way of life gradually to live an enriched life with all the elements of an intense life. Thanks to Soul in Harmony and especially to Sandeep for guiding me on my transformational journey. I am happy that I invested my weekends in this course. Nothing other than Mindfulness can be the foundation for my self-growth.
