Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Soul in Harmony, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and enriching experience during our mindfulness retreat in Bangalore on 18 November 2023. To ensure clarity and fairness, we’ve established the following refund policy tailored for workshops held in India:

1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel 30 days before the event date.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 30 days but at least 20 days before the event will qualify for a partial refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• No Refund: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 20 days before the event or for no-shows on the retreat day.

2. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund:

• Send an email to hello@soulinharmony.com with the subject line “Mindfulness Retreat Refund Request – [Your Name].”
• Include your full name, registration confirmation number, and a brief reason for your refund request.
• Refunds will be processed within 20 business days of receiving your email.

3. Exceptional Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster, political unrest, or other emergencies resulting in the retreat’s cancellation by Soul in Harmony, participants will be entitled to a full refund or admission to future programs by paying the difference.

4. Transfers:

Registrations are transferable to another person 20 days before the event. To transfer your registration, please email us at hello@soulinharmony.com with the subject line “Mindfulness Retreat Registration Transfer – [Your Name].”

Please Note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during registration. It may take up to 20 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
